Hi! I’m Laura and I am obsessed with all things wellness. ?
Since 2001, I've been living, breathing, and loving anything to do with a healthy lifestyle and feeling amazing. The beautiful wellness center I owned for 10 years is where I was introduced to Ayurveda. The intuitive nature of this ancient system hooked me right away and I knew I had to pass along this amazing wisdom to others. So I trained with some of the best doctors and Ayurveda practitioners in the field so I could teach my clients the life-changing practices of an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
After spending 2 decades training, living, and professionally practicing in the wellness industry, I've combined my knowledge of Functional Nutrition, Ayurveda, and my personal experience of going from exhausted and anxious, to feeling 10 years younger to create an amazing wellness program. Now my dream job is a reality and I get to teach health-minded women over 40, how to naturally manage the hormonal roller coaster, so they can gain control of their health, and live the active, full, FUN life, they deserve without feeling moody, anxious, or exhausted all the time.
